I thrive at the intersection of scientific research and equestrian sports. My journey began in the realm of neuroscience, where I dedicated over two decades to exploring the complexities of brain function and developing innovative medical devices. My commitment to quality and precision in research is matched only by my passion for horses and equestrian education.
As a proud founder of TREA, I aim to foster a supportive community for equestrians, encouraging personal growth and skill development. ,TREA has gained over 2k+ social media followers. TREA has held multiple equestrian events throughout the year, such as a variety of riding and non-riding clinics, and even recognized United States Dressage Federation dressage show(s), to name a few. In 2018, I started the first virtual dressage shows (www.myvirtualequestrian.net) available and continued to grow. In my spare time, I enjoy organizing equestrian clinics and participating in competitions, where I continue to learn and grow as both a rider and an instructor. I am also an advocate for integrating equine therapy into educational programs, recognizing the profound impact horses can have on personal development and well-being. I believe in creating positive learning environments, whether in the lab or on horseback, and strive to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
My interest in learning how to communicate better with horses directed my riding to focus more on dressage. I have won many national and local GMO titles and Championships in dressage and my riding. I also earned my USDF Bronze medal, and I hope to get my last scores for my silver medal someday.
There is no doubt dressage is a passion of mine, but I love all disciplines!
